Cable Bill – Does anyone know what it means when Cox Cable puts this on your bill?

What does Self Installation – TV – Cox Assisted mean on your cox cable bill. They put this on my bill and im trying to see if they are charging fees for no reason.

Self installation = they sent you the equipment and you installed it yourself.
Cox Assisted = you called them for some reason, either to ask a question or have them activate something.
