I switched to time warner cable 2 days ago. Im asking what kind of bill should I send them to get the 0 gift card. Should I send my old providers bill (at&t) or should I wait for a new time warner cable bill.

yes i do owe this company money, like 0 or something in that area, this letter states that i owe K?? How the hell does anyone owe ,000 on a cable bill unless of course you are a Vegas casino? also i had service with them 3 years ago, when i worked for them (you would think they wouldnt let me have free service owing them g’s), this letter is saying "creditor last paid" in 1990, (when btw i was 13 years old), i didnt even have service with them, heck even live in a state that the company existed in until 1998. i am definitely disputing this, but what do i need to do to make sure it gets done right

My mediacom cable bill is due on the 14 of every month and I get paid on the 1 and 15 of every month and I figured I can spread it out by paying my cable bill the 15 instead since all my bills are due around the first. I was wondering if mediacom will charge me being a day late if I do this, I can’t trust what they say because they have lied to me in the past and they are the only cable company around so I am stuck with them. I figured if anyone has delt with them and paid a day late if they charged you for it. They are the type of people who say one thing and do another?

I can’t justify it but apparently my parents can. They have 5 DVR boxes, 2 of those are HD DVR and then they got home phone and internet included. They have HBO and Showtime also.

My question is can anyone here justify paying so much for a cable bill now days? They are not rich and they just like the convenience of it all. They have a son and daughter at home both in 20’s, they are to lazy to go watch it on one tv for DVR recordings, I keep telling them nobody in their right mind would pay that much for cable. Their bill has increased by this month.
Would any of you pay this insane amount for cable tv when the internet TV has everything and over broadcast antenna HD is much better quality? Hell basic cable is a good deal vs this.

I was contacted by a debt collector today about a Cox cable bill from January 2006 from Oklahoma. I haven’t heard from them in years. I was wondering what the statute of limitations is on that kind of bill and if they can contact me after so long?? I looked up statute of limitations but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Could someone let me know so I can call Cox?
